TASK # 13 - LOGGING YOUR NUTRITION
* Create an account using the free online tool/app My Fitness Pal at www.myfitnesspal.com. You can create this using either the website on any computer or by downloading the free app on a mobile device.
* Use the tool to keep a detailed food and activity log for three (3) days. These can be consecutive days or any three days during one week.
* Do not skip any foods you have eaten.
* Be sure to accurately adjust portion sizes as you track your nutrition.
* Include physical activity as well in your daily log.
* Once you are finished, you must print your log for each day. You can print this log by going to the website www.myfitnesspal.com . You can print this from any computer, even if you use the app to track your nutrition. Print the log by going to the Food section, selecting Food Diary and then selecting the appropriate date. At the bottom of that page, you can select VIEW FULL REPORT (PRINTABLE) to get a printer friendly log. There is an example attached below.

Now you must conduct an analysis of your own nutritional habits.
* Analyze the following and include a 2-3 sentence summary analysis for each of the following: total calories, carbohydrates, dietary fats, protein, sugar, sodium, vitamins/minerals.
* Identify three (3) positive nutritional areas or areas in which your log shows you are following healthy guidelines discussed in this module.
* Identify three (3) areas of weakness or areas in which your current nutrition is not following recommended guidelines.
* Explain two (2) specific actions you plan to take to make improvements to your overall nutrition based on this log activity.
